Bismarck Im Zuge des Streites mit der Kirche Einführung der Zivilehe in Preußen (1875 im Deutschen Reich). In der Folge am 13. Juli Attentat auf Bismarck (1815-1898). Entwertung des parlamentarischen Budgetrechts durch den Kompromiss des Bismarckschen Septennats (Etatbewilligung für jeweils 7 Jahre).
Russland:
Einführung der allgemeinen Wehrpflicht mit sechsjähriger Dienstzeit.
Spanien:
Thronbesteigung Alfons XII (1857-1885).
Schweiz:
Verfassungs-Revision zu Gunsten des Bundes: Einführung von Referenden für Gesetze, einheitliches Militär- und Schulwesen. Gründung des Weltpostvereins in Bern.
England:
2. Kabinett Disraeli (1804-1881): Beginn der imperialistischen Politik.

Allemagne:
Au cours du conflit avec l'église instauration du mariage civil en Prusse (1875 dans le Reich). En suite de cela, le 13 juillet, essai d'attentat contre Bismarck (1815-1898). Le droit du budget parlementaire est déprécié par le compromis du Septennat de Bismarck (allocation du budget pour sept années).
Russie:
Service militaire obligatoire universel de six années.
Espagne:
Avènement au trône d'Alphonse XII (1857-1885).
Suisse:
Révision de la constitution en faveur de la Fédération: Des référendums pour faire des lois, militaire et instruction publique unitaire. Fondation de l'Union Postale Universelle à Berne.
Angleterre:
Deuxième ministère de Disraeli (1804-1881): Début de la politique impérialiste.

Germany:
In course of the conflict with the church establishment of the civil marriage in Prussia (1875 in the Reich). As a result therefrom, on the 13th July, attempted assassination of Bismarck (1815-1898). The parliamentary budgeting right is depreciated by Bismarck's compromise of the Septenary (budget allocation for seven years).
Russia:
Universal compulsory military service of six years duration.
Spain:
Accession to the throne of Alfonso XII (1857-1885).
Switzerland:
Revision of the constitution in favour of the Federation: Referendums in order to pass laws, unitary military and educational system. Foundation of the Universal Postal Union in Bern.
England:
Second government of Disraeli (1804-1881): Beginning of the imperialistic policy.
